Nuevo Vallarta
Although the city is known for offering tranquility and relaxation to its guests, there are also several places where tourists can discover the Mexican party scene and join in on the fun! San Pancho

Rincón de Guayabitos
Described as the “Hidden Pearl” among the beaches of Nayarit, Rincon features all the conveniences of modern life in a relaxing, traditional setting; an excellent option for fishing and diving. Guayabitos’s spot for romantics is Vista Guayabitos restaurant (noon-10 p.m. daily) on the south edge of town. Little has been spared to afford a perfect spot to enjoy a refreshment and/or snack and the breezy panoramic view of Guayabitos’s curving cloud-tipped shoreline. Follow the south road to Los Ayala; at the big hilltop curve, follow the driveway on the right steeply uphill.

San Blas
The port city of San Blas is a rapidly growing tourism destination, thanks to its many beaches, colonial history, Spanish fort, excellent restaurants, and an abundance of migratory birds which attract ornithologists from around the world. The La Tovara National Park nearby is a federally protected mangrove forest with birds, crocodiles and turtles. For the nightlife enthusiasts, San Blas is well known for its Social Club, where jazz albums are lined up on the walls and you can pick your favorites to be played right on the spot.
